All items we sell are BRAND NEW, FACTORY SEALED. We do not sell any refurbished, 2nd Hand, or "B Stock" merchandise. Why are our prices so low? It is because we ship directly from our distributing partners allowing us to cut inventory costs and offer you the widest selection of products.

Shipping Info
Rates for shipping depend on weight, dimension and distance. All televisions larger than 27 inches are shipped via our White Glove Freight Service. (link “white glove freight to Shipping Rates).
US customers have the option of choosing UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select service for an additional fee. Customers in HI and AK must choose either UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air service since UPS Ground service is not available to these areas.
NOTE: We do not ship to Post Office boxes and all items shipped may require an adult signature for delivery.
Pricing/Description Errors
We do our best to make sure our prices and descriptions are accurate. In the event that a pricing or description mistake is made, Plasma TV Pros reserves the right to cancel the order at any time and for any reason. In this case a full refund will be given for the order.
Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 2 business days from the time the order is placed, and take 1 to 6 business days to reach their destination. In the event that an Item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately.
Sales Tax
If your shipping address is within Washington DC, you will automatically be charged 5.25% sales tax. Orders shipped outside of Washington DC are not taxed.
Payment Method
We accept payment by wire transfer (call for bank information), PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diner's Club and Discover. Personal checks are accepted however take up to 2 weeks to clear our bank before your order will be processed.
Return Policy
Items may be returned within 15 days except for TV's larger then 27". For our television return policy click here. ALL items that are not defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances. Defective items will be replaced if a replacement is available or refunded at our discretion. All returned items must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. Returned items that do not meet these requirements are subject to a higher restocking fee at our discretion. If you need to return an item, please call to get a RA# (Return Authorization number). Please include your order number and the reason for return in the email. Orders returned without a RA # will be refused.
