Volunteer with Boys & Girls Clubs

Boys & Girls Club Services of Greater Victoria was founded by caring citizens in 1960. These original “volunteers” had a vision of community supporting and mentoring youth. Although our services have expanded considerably in the last 50 years, that vision remains at the heart of what we do, and volunteers have remained an integral part of who we are.

Our volunteer opportunities create an experience that is rewarding to the volunteer, to the organization and most importantly, to our members. We provide a positive experience that offers our volunteers opportunities for new friendships, challenge, support and training. Work experience and practicum placements may also be available.

Benefits of volunteering:Working together

  • Gain skills and experience
  • Expand your personal and professional network
  • Experience personal growth, learning and rewards
  • Be part of positive change in your community
  • Have fun doing something different!
